    椰香咖喱牛腩煲，被赞为史上最佳，足足用了少侠2个小时时间。
    清蒸花蟹，那哥们下锅前还是活的呢，阿弥陀佛。
    手撕卷心菜改进版，
    奥尔良鸡腿（莲花超市作品），本周最次。

    花蟹么根本不是这么吃的，又不是大闸蟹。
    这次的手撕卷心菜比上次好些了，但还是撕得粗糙，火候可以再些。
    鸡腿是BULK品，不检。
